Today (Thursday) the prosecutor's office submitted to the District Juvenile Court an indictment for murder under aggravated circumstances against the 13-year-old terrorist, who carried out the attack at the Shoafat checkpoint in East Jerusalem, where an MGB police officer, Sergeant Asil Souaed, fell about a week ago.



According to the indictment, the terrorist found a knife at the entrance to the building where his aunt lived, and took it to carry out an attack.

He boarded a bus towards the checkpoint, where he planned to stab a soldier.

He sat in the back seat, and put the knife by his leg so he could pull it out quickly.

Last week, Suaed was laid to rest in the village of Husniyeh where he grew up with the participation of family members and senior police and border guards. Raziel Mozes, Asil's commander , said at the funeral that "everyone who knew him just wanted to work with him.

Asil was a policeman of the highest order and this is what is important that the people of Israel and the State of Israel remember him and do not forget him and deeply believe in his memory.

He was supposed to receive the outstanding award on Independence Day.
