Liu Zhiqiang, a 63-year-old security guard, accidentally saved a life in August last year.

A total of 80 winners were awarded, 15% of whom were under the age of 29. The oldest and youngest winners were 71 and 19 years old, mainly related to theft, indecent assault and voyeurism, fraud, finding missing persons and saving lives.
There were 24 good organizations nominated, and 7 of them won awards.
She pointed out that this year's Good Citizen Award has entered its 50th anniversary, and the awards ceremony will be held at the exhibition on February 26, with the theme of traveling through time and space.
