Spanish teacher at a high school in San Juan de Luz, France,
"heard a little voice"
but is criminally responsible, the Bayonne prosecutor announced Thursday at a press conference.
Prosecutor Jerome Bourrier said he will open a judicial investigation on Friday "under the classification of
premeditated homicide."
"During his custody, the defendant spoke of a little voice that speaks to him, a being that he describes as selfish, manipulative, that incites
him to do evil
and that the day before he suggested he commit murder," said Bourrier, who explained that the defendant adolescent is under the supervision of a psychiatrist.

"We also know that he had been affected by a discussion he had the day before with a friend and on this point he had ambiguous statements with the doctor who was asked to examine him, in a psychiatric context," explained the prosecutor.

," he added.
The 52-year-old Spanish teacher was stabbed on Wednesday in the middle of class and could not be revived.
