One of the indicators of Olaf Scholz's leadership strength was, among other things, what military aid Germany is providing in the Ukraine war and what weapons are not being made available to the government in Kiev to defend against Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
The delivery of fighter jets to Ukraine is still not an issue for Chancellor and SPD politician Scholz.

Scholz at Illner on ZDF: Chancellor counters allegations from Poland
Ukraine has long been demanding the delivery of fighter jets from its western allies.
Several NATO countries have shown themselves to be open to this.
Scholz, on the other hand, doesn't.
It also fits into the picture that the Chancellor shows a certain sharpness with Illner on ZDF when he is asked about a statement by Poland's Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
The Polish politician harshly criticized Scholz's actions in an interview a few days ago.
The Chancellor reacts with a slight smile before formulating his answer.

Olaf Scholz is amused by Baerbock's performance at the carnival
Aside from the criticism of his Ukraine policy, Chancellor Olaf Scholz was amused by Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock's carnival speech.
He also seems to be at least calm about the dig at the Chancellery.
