The prosecution department in the northern police district today (Friday) submitted to the Acre Magistrate's Court a prosecutor's statement of its intention to file an indictment against Yosef Khiadri of Sakhnin, for carrying a weapon and attempting to shoot.
This, after he was arrested about a week ago after trying to shoot at a restaurant in Tarshiha, a few months after he turned 18.
The suspect was arrested on Thursday night a week ago by police officers of the Ma'alot-Tarshiha station.
Police patrolling the city noticed that the license plate on the car the suspect was driving was covered.

"One of the cameras recorded the suspect getting out of his car with a weapon in his hands, which he points at some target and tries to shoot," said Inspector Gal Parkash, an officer of the Investigations and Intelligence Division at the Ma'alot Tarshiha station.
After that, the suspect is seen getting back in the car and driving away.
