Dozens of Palestinians participated today in a stand in the West Bank, in support of the prisoners in the Israeli occupation detention centers, and to demand the handing over of the bodies of the martyrs they are holding.
Wafa Agency stated that the participants in the vigil organized by the Palestinian national forces and the prisoners' institutions at the entrance to the Aqabat Jaber camp, south of Jericho, raised Palestinian flags and banners denouncing the continuing crimes of the occupation against the prisoners, and calling for the handing over of the bodies of the martyrs it is holding, especially those who died during the storming of the camp by its forces on the 7th. From this month, stressing that her detention is a flagrant violation of international law and humanitarian and moral principles.
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside the occupation jails face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention, as a result of the policy of deliberate medical neglect against them.
