The Kirchners have three properties in Río Gallegos that are usurped and they are unable to evict

These are apartments located in a complex that belongs to the vice and her family. The tenants do not pay and despite the summons they could not get them out.

In Río Gallegos, just a few blocks apart, are a large part of the properties owned by Los Sauces SA, the Kirchner family's real estate agency.

Some of those buildings that were built by Lázaro Báez for the vice president's family today are a serious problem for Cristina Kirchner and her children.

They were usurped by the occupants and despite the claims they are unable to evict them.

The occupied properties are located at Mariano Moreno 882, in Río Gallegos.

It is a set of apartments -duplex type- that Lázaro Báez built and later rented to staff from Austral Construcciones, the flagship firm accused of being used to launder 55 million dollars.

This apartment complex has an area of 278.52 square meters, and the purchase value of the land was $13,500.

Former President Néstor Kirchner intervened in this operation.

Due to the irregularities, the administrator of the Kirchner properties sent several document letters to the intruders

.

This is Matías Bezi, a close friend of Máximo Kirchner

who appeared in the allegations of prosecutor Diego Luciani during the Highway trial.

Bezi had exchanged several messages with José López

in which he transmitted to him where Cristina Kirchner's son wanted the 100-block paving work to be carried out, the last tender that was awarded to Lázaro Báez.

These departments were raided and appraised by federal justice.

In the three document letters sent by Bezi the text is repeated.

He tells the intruders to leave the property with threats of legal action.

"In the framework of the provisions, I come to intimidate, within the legal, peremptory and non-extendable term, of ten days, the regularization of your situation and / or restitution of the property of the company 'Los Sauces SA' that for you.

It is illegally occupied, without any lease agreement”.

In addition, it asks them to return the properties with taxes and fees paid, in perfect condition, with the keys and "holding them responsible for any damage to the property and for all amounts owed by virtue of the aforementioned illegitimate occupation," the letter indicates. document.

In fact, the situation of occupation has been going on for almost three years, but recently it has worsened.

Before control of the properties was restored to the Kirchners and Bezi was left in charge of the administration, the previous comptroller Jordan Kirstoff had requested that the designated attorney in Río Gallegos initiate an eviction lawsuit.

"The process was delayed by the pandemic and the prolonged court fair last year," Kirstoff explained.

In that document, the then comptroller stated: "Whether for not paying the rents of expired contracts or for having intruded on the apartments that could have been unoccupied, all the occupants should be considered usurpers of the company's property and liable to eviction."

But the situation was never reversed.

Now the next thing that could happen -if the situation is not regularized- is for Bezi to initiate administrative and judicial actions,

both civil and criminal, as administrator of the properties.

The usurped departments are added to another situation.

The amounts of the rents of other Kirchner properties have not been updated.

The invoices incorporated into the report show rents that "were not renegotiated."

For example, for the rent of four apartments located at 300 Alvear street, also in Río Gallegos, Los Sauces received -including expenses- only 170,308 pesos in total, the same moment as several months ago.

Justice, in the laundering case that includes Hotesur and Los Sauces, had indicated that

the Kirchner family's real estate company did not have a real line of business and that it was a "front" company

whose sole purpose was to be used to laundering operations.

The Hotesur and Los Sauces case awaits in the Chamber of Cassation to be reopened

The Kirchner real estate agency

What was once a real estate emporium that, according to the Court, was used to launder millions, today declares little money in its bank account and a small number of rental properties despite once again being in the hands of its owners, the Kirchners, after years of embargoes and inhibitions.

The real estate company investigated for money laundering and gifts had two tenants who represented 86% of the billing from 2009 to 2015: Cristóbal López in majority percentage, and Lázaro Báez.

They guaranteed the Kirchner family millionaire income.

When the judicial intervention made a valuation of the properties that the real estate company owns, it assigned a net worth of $ 972,926,364.20.

Without a commercial office to offer other interested parties the properties that give rise to the company, and with two predominant tenants who guaranteed the greatest flow of funds to the company, the federal court concluded that a "permanent mechanism for the recycling of a portion of the profits”, so that a part “could reach the hands of the ex-managers with the appearance of having been obtained lawfully, that is, as part of the legal economic system”.

Cristina Kirchner and Lázaro Báez entered into various rental contracts with this real estate agency, which had a previous chapter: the companies of the Austral Group built some of the apartments that they ended up renting.

Today part of these properties are uninhabited and not interested in renting them, with outdated or intruded rents.
