A Yemeni aid convoy arrived in Aleppo, consisting of 6 trucks, carrying foodstuffs, medical supplies, clothes and blankets for those affected by the earthquake.
The Counselor of the Yemeni Embassy in Damascus, Yasser Al-Muhalal, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that this is the second convoy that departs from Damascus to Aleppo, to help those affected by the earthquake disaster, and comes to strengthen the state of solidarity and cohesion and the fraternal feelings that the Yemeni people have for the Syrian people, who, despite what they went through, have always stood. On the side of Yemen and its people.
The member of the executive office concerned with the Aleppo Governorate Council, Engineer Muhammad Fayyad, thanked the people and the Yemeni government, whose relief efforts reflect the depth of the brotherly relations between the two brotherly countries, pointing to the continuous work carried out by the governorate in providing relief to the affected people, and in delivering aid to the shelters.
