Rita broke her silence last weekend and uploaded a political post to her private Instagram account, which has almost 90 thousand followers.
In the text she shared with her followers, she expressed grave concern for the future of the country following the protest against the Levin reform and the violent discourse going on between sections of the people.
In addition, she called on the elected officials to behave responsibly and reach agreements.
The post in question garnered hundreds of different responses from surfers, ranging from sweeping support for her words to harsh criticism for choosing a distinct political side - according to them.
Among all these we also found quite a few famous colleagues who responded.

On the other hand, there were also comments on the network that criticized Rita's failure to choose a clear side and to be content with words that imply two sides, with some demanding that if she already decides to talk about politics, she should do so without fear and express an unequivocal position.
On Rita's behalf, it was reported: "There is no comment."
