In an unusual move, the court approved publishing the workplaces of defendant Mihud, an educator, who was accused of multiple sexual offenses against his nieces for many years, the court approved this, without publishing his name in order to try and reach more complainants and witnesses.
The letter of indictment submitted by attorney Daniel Aiken from the Central District Attorney's Office revealed that between the years 2006-2019, the defendant assaulted three of his nieces (the defendant is married to their aunt) as well as the daughter of his friends, when they were children, starting at the age of 7. Regarding one of his nieces, the defendant sexually assaulted her until she was about 18 years old.

The sexual assaults committed by the defendant included touching the minors' breasts, hips, and lips, while he combines seemingly innocent contact and escalates it into sexual assault, while sitting among his family members and the minors' family.
In one of the situations, the defendant touched his genitals while striking, and in another incident, the defendant hit a minor when the two were present in the car alone, and while he was making sure that his son, who was in the car with him at the time, got out of it.
The defendant's workplaces were as a 7th and 8th grade educator at the Bar Ilan Yeshiva for Sciences and Nationalism in the years 2013-2019, in July 2017 and in July 2019, he worked in "Experience in England", in summer camps in England, he was also a teacher in a real gymnasium - first division In Rishon LeZion from November 2019 to August 2022.
In 2019 he was a Bible and English teacher in the 7th and 9th grades, in 2020 he was an 8th grade educator, and in 2021 he was a 9th grade educator. From August 2022 until his arrest, the respondent was employed at the Gan Ha'ir branch in Tel Aviv of the Mizrahi Bank.
The indictment charges the defendant with multiple offenses of indecent act on a minor with a family member under the age of 16 and in the absence of consent, indecent act and multiple offenses of indecent act on a minor under the age of 16 in the absence of consent.
