Idlib-Sana
The people affected by the earthquake, residing in the Khan Sheikhoun shelter in the liberated countryside of Idlib, received Iraqi aid to alleviate their suffering.
This aid was provided during a visit by Ahmed Al-Ali, the representative of Mr. Ali Al-Sistani, the supreme religious authority in Iraq, to the Shelter Center, who explained in a statement to SANA reporter that this aid aims to console the afflicted and affected by the earthquake, and to confirm standing with them in light of what befell their families and homes.
The Governor of Idlib, Thaer Salhab, participated in the visit of the Iraqi delegation, as well as official and civil activities.
