In the shadow of the continued escalation in the territories, Zvika Vogel encouraged the settlers' violence against Palestinians, saying that it should be punished collectively. According to him, "security needs to be restored to the residents of the State of Israel. How do we do that? Stop using the word 'proportionality'"

Member of Knesset Zvika Fogel (Otzma Yehudit) today (Monday) encouraged the continuation of settler violence against Palestinians, and said in an interview on Gali Israel radio that he wants to see the village of Havara "closed and burned".

According to him, "I want to restore security to the residents of the State of Israel. How do we do that? We stop with the word 'proportionality'. We stop with the reluctance to collective punishment because it is not suitable for all kinds of courts."

Meanwhile, the head of his party, Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, has not yet responded to last night's events, but did announce that his faction will hold a meeting at the Givat Avitar outpost, where hundreds of settlers arrived yesterday.

At the end of the meeting, Ben Gabir is expected to make a statement to the media.

In the meantime, a tense silence prevails this morning in Hawara, hours after groups of settlers set fire to houses and set fire to vehicles in revenge for the attack that happened hours earlier, in which two young men from Mount Bracha were murdered.

Pictures from the village near Nablus showed burnt vehicles and sooty houses.

As of this morning, it is not known if anyone was arrested involved in the riots, which the security forces only managed to control after many hours.

The IDF deployed three additional battalions in Samaria, following the sequence of recent events and placed additional checkpoints in the Nablus area. The army is still investigating the circumstances of the shooting of the Palestinian, whose body was found near the centers of the clashes.
