What to cook this week: menu day by day from February 27 to March 5

2023-02-27T09:58:09.746Z

A guide with options from Monday to Sunday, with savory dishes and a dessert to treat yourself on the weekend

The heat was stifling in February.

We come from enduring suffocating weeks.

I don't know about you, but I don't even feel like turning on the oven to cook.

I'd rather eat pot food than heat the house with that continuous heat!

Therefore, the solution is

to use the burners and choose recipes with short cooking times.

I think the pizza croquettes are great, a solution to get rid of the desire to eat "a round one" but without the need to bake it.

Another recipe that I want to highlight is the

poke bowl

, it is a

fresh option for lunch or dinner.

With fresh fish or tuna, it's a dish that fills you up without lighting a match.

The dessert is ancient but a classic that we love: apple pancake with ice cream.

If you want to make it "gourmet", burn it with a little rum and, apart from putting on a fire show, you will add the bouquet of the drink.

Good week for all!

Good start to school for children and parents, welcome to the new routine.

Rice wok with vegetables.

A colorful and very tasty dish.

Ideal to prepare if you have leftover rice.

It can be a side dish, but it is so rich that you will want it as a main dish.

Pizza croquettes.

They don't carry pizza but they taste like it!

They are made with a white sauce and tomato base, they have mozzarella, and olives... The only thing missing is the dough!

6. Saturday March 4

Salmon poke bowl.

Salmon poke bowl.

You already know that I always try to bring you a solution so that you can make the dish even if you don't have the ingredients mentioned in the recipe.

The idea is to put together a plate with glutinous rice like sushi (those that have a lot of starch and stick together), a bit of avocado, another bit of cream cheese and a piece of fruit.

If there is no mango, it will be peach!

7. Sunday March 5

Milanese stuffed pecetto, very crunchy.

.

The sauce is very simple and it will give a special touch to the usual Milanese.

They are accompanied with spinach barely sautéed in olive oil.

The dessert of the week

Apple pancake.

Apple pancake.

Cut the apple well but very finite.

It will cook with the heat of the pancake.

This dessert is a bomb.

Combine the sweetness and crispness of caramel, the creaminess of pancakes and the freshness of ice cream.

What other fruit would you do it with?
