Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki affirmed that the absence of international action in the face of the violations and crimes of the Israeli occupation encourages it to persist and commit more such crimes against the Palestinian people, their land, property and sanctities.
During a press conference in Geneva today, reported by Wafa Agency, Al-Maliki said that only statements, speeches, and condemnation are not enough to deter Israeli war criminals from committing crimes, referring to the horrific massacre committed by the occupation forces six days ago in the city of Nablus in the West Bank.
It claimed the lives of 10 Palestinians and hundreds of injured, and its ongoing crimes since the beginning of the year, including killing, demolishing, burning property and forcible transfer, in addition to its illegal settlement plans in the cities of the West Bank.
Al-Maliki stressed that the seventh item on the situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory will remain constant until the end of the occupation.
Al-Maliki renewed his call to the international community to stop dealing with "Israel" as above international law, and work to provide protection for the Palestinian people and the realization of their legitimate rights to establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
