At around 9 am today (28th), the family members of the deceased, accompanied by police officers, went to the Fushan Public Mortuary in Shatin for procedures.
According to the news at the scene, the deceased's parents, the deceased's current husband Chris and grandparents entered the mortuary in a seven-passenger car, and many friends of the deceased were also present.
The family members stayed in the mortuary for nearly two hours and left in two private cars at 11:05 a.m. Everyone looked solemn and did not say a word.
Afterwards, he went to Longwei Village, the scene of the murder, to participate in the fasting ceremony.

The case of Cai Tianfeng’s murder and body dismemberment was revealed last Friday (24th). The police found some stumps in a village house unit in Lung Mei Village, Tai Po. On February 26th, the head was found in the soup pot. The police have not found it yet. The hands and main torso of the deceased were obtained.
In the past few days, the police have arrested four family members of the ex-husband involved in the case.
The ex-husband, his father and brother were both charged with one count of murder, while the ex-husband's mother was charged with obstructing justice. The case was brought up in Kowloon City Court yesterday (27th).
The prosecution applied for the four defendants not to enter a plea, and the case was adjourned until May 8 for further investigation by the police, including a series of scientific forensics and call record checks.
The ex-husband's mother applied for bail, but was rejected by the magistrate, and the four defendants were remanded in custody.
The defendants are Kwong Gangjie (driver, 31 years old), Kwong Qiu (retired, 65 years old), Li Ruixiang (retired, 63 years old, female) and Kwong Gangzhi (unemployed, 28 years old), who are respectively Cai Tianfeng’s former uncles , ex-father, ex-aunt and ex-husband.
