Near midnight today (March 1), a man fell from a high block of Shek Chun House, Shek Lei 1 Estate, Kwai Chung, crushing a plastic fence on the ground and fell to the ground dying.
Paramedics arrived and confirmed the victim was apparently dead.
It is understood that the deceased's surname is Mai (27 years old). The police believe that he fell from the roof of the previous address. No suicide note has been seized yet. However, they learned that Mai Nan was troubled by money problems and classified the case as a "suicide". An autopsy will be conducted later to determine the cause of death. .
