According to the reconstruction carried out by the investigators, on the night of September 22, 2019, Hilario Kirschner (61) and his wife, Mirta Sachser (54), were attacked at their home, at kilometer 9 of Provincial Route 101, a rural area known as "Las 500 Hectáreas", in the town of Andresito, in the extreme northeast of Misiones.

That night, after 8:00 p.m., the young man attacked his parents with blows.
Hilario was in the living room, watching television, and Mirta was in the kitchen

Both were taken to the master bedroom, still alive, where he shot them with a 22-caliber rifle that investigators could never find.
A later comparison with 22-caliber shells found in the field of the victims allowed us to establish that the weapon belonged to Hilario.
Alejandro declared that that day he had left his house at sunset and returned around 1:30 the following day, a Sunday.
He maintained that he found the door open and a great mess.
After finding his parents dead, he went to the house of his uncles, who live on another nearby farm.
An imprint of his slipper on the double bed and the fact that his room was left undisturbed aroused suspicion.
His friends, whom he had met, did not support his alibi.
Although they acknowledged the meeting, they said that Alejandro arrived after 10 p.m.

The prosecutor of the Court, Federico Rodríguez, maintained in his final argument that the victims sought to get their son out of drug use “but the situation was increasingly serious.

"The end was planned a long time ago and the injury process had its coronation that day," said Rodríguez.
And he ruled out any stranger committing the crime because the Kirschners had six dogs that would have alerted them to danger.

", since the prosecutor ruled out another of the crimes that he was accused of: carrying a weapon for civil use without due legal authorization.
