La Cámpora charged again against Alberto Fernández: "If he had done things well, Peronism would have gone for his re-election"

Kirchnerism once again marked the field for Alberto Fernández and his intention to go for re-election.

"If I had done things clearly, the table on February 16 would not have existed and Peronism would have gone for Alberto's re-election," he said in a dialogue with AM 750.

Cristina Kirchner and Alberto Fernández will meet again this Wednesday in the midst of a climate of tension.

Larroque described the government of Alberto Fernández as a "hybrid" because it was placed in that place of power by Cristina Kirchner, something that generated an expectation that, according to what he said, was not met in real terms.

"It seems to me that there was a lack of understanding regarding Alberto's role, he didn't get there on his own. Of course he campaigned, I don't want to be unfair, but it would be a mistake to think that he got to that place because of his philosophy. He came as part of an agreement with Cristina, with Kirchnerism, with the majority sector within Peronism and that was not fully honored and there is a feeling in terms of expectations and today's reality as a gap," he remarked.

In addition, he pointed out to the officials of Albertismo "to put their feet on the ground", to stop thinking about candidacies for the presidential elections and to focus on the reality of society.

The Buenos Aires official remarked as President Fernández's main difficulty the ability to "characterize" the figure of Cristina Kirchner in all its dimensions.

"It seems to me that there is a problem regarding Cristina's role, Alberto does not have a characterization regarding the driving, who is the one who exercises the leadership, and he chose to try to compete in an awkward way because whoever had proposed it and generated conditions to get to that place was Cristina," he said.

And he accused him, appealing to a popular phrase, of "biting the hand of the one who fed him."

Along these lines, she maintained that during her administration, her vice president had her office destroyed, they tried to assassinate her and sentenced her, something that she described as "very serious" for Peronism and democracy.

During the interview, Larroque also spoke not only of the supposed electoral "proscription" towards Cristina Kirchner, but also of a "double proscription" and pointed to those within the Cabinet who relativize the issue.

"It is striking when sectors of the space itself try to minimize, relativize, push the specific issue that is that the power system has wanted to remove Cristina for years, since she assumed the first presidency," he said.
