In question, two measures of this plan: the extension to civil servants of the Balladur pension reform which had extended the contribution period for private sector employees two years earlier, and the abolition of the "special regimes" from which the personnel benefit in particular. RATP and SNCF.
Two measures which will finally be withdrawn at the end of a social conflict which will remain in the annals.
