Food products continue to become more expensive every day.
Now, Ahava Company has informed the chains that there will be a price increase in its products at a rate of between 10-11 percent starting from the beginning of March.
The announcement comes a day after the import company Layman Schlissel also announced an increase in its prices.
"Ahava" company produces, among other things, halva, tahini, cakes and cookies and is considered a cheap brand.
The company claims that even after the increase, its products will remain at the most affordable prices compared to the competitors.
In light of the recent increases, the upcoming Passover holiday is expected to be more expensive.
"Ahva" company stated: "Even after the mandatory price increase, the most affordable Ahva products remain on the shelf with a significant gap compared to the competitors."
