They broke his head to steal his motorcycle: the sad agony of the father of two boys in Moreno

2023-02-28T17:53:11.675Z

Jesús Pavón (24) spent more than two months in a coma after being hit with a stick in the West Access. He died and his family asks for justice.

"

I promise you again that I will make them very happy and I will take care of them as we always did together, rest in peace, my love, that justice will be done," Yamila Moraiz (24) wrote on her social networks to say goodbye

to Jesús Pavón (24), her husband and the father of her two children.

It was 2:00 p.m. on December 15 when Jesus went to work.

He had to go out to visit some clients.

He barely got to do five blocks from his house in José Cortejarena, in Moreno, when the coup surprised him.

According to what they were able to reconstruct thanks to the security cameras, there were three people who crossed it in Acceso Oeste, at kilometer 41. They came walking and hit him on the head with a stick.

First one, then the other.

They wanted the Corven 150 of Jesus.

At that speed, the blow was brutal.

When the victim fell, they wanted to get on the motorcycle but they did not know how to start it and left it lying halfway.

Those seconds, that decision, cost Jesus his life.

From that day until February 21, the young man was admitted to intensive care at the Moreno hospital.

His head injury was so severe that they had to operate twice to remove pieces of his skull and help reduce swelling in his brain.

He was never able to see his children again or shake their hands

because children cannot enter intensive care.

Yamila visited him "every day," she says.

She literally "had her head smashed in."

He had skull fractures and severe brain injuries.

The victim was the father of two boys.

"He had gone out to work, he sold electrical appliances in installments and was going to collect. They arrested one who told how he hit my husband and described that the other hit first, but they never looked for them, the Police do nothing. They never called me neither from the prosecutor's office nor from anyone to help me with anything," says Yamila, in the midst of the tragedy, to

Clarín

.

The only detainee was handed over by his mother, the police did not arrest him.

It was he who finished describing the mechanics of the event.

They identified him as Nahuel Díaz, alias "Wey", and he is from the neighborhood of the Jesús family.

The two accomplices have been on the run for 68 days, the same time that Jesus fought for his life.

While Yamila speaks, in the background, the youngest son calls her.

She is two years old and a six-year-old sister.

No one was able to see her father again, but they drew pictures of her every day.

The request for justice by Jesús Pavón, in Moreno.

According to the neighbors,

one of the suspects returns to sleep every day at the house that is a block and a half from the man he killed

.

He would have been the first to hit him and he did not spend a day in jail.

They see him every day, but the Police can't find him.

"There were no raids, nothing to find them, they are free," complains Yamila, who went to the prosecutor's office to find answers.

"These are the scourges that ruined my life and the lives of my children. These are the murderers of Jesus, a man with all the letters who did not screw anyone, dedicated to his family. These murderers have to pay, they have to be

found

,

I ask you to help me by sharing, it is known that they continue to steal nearby but the Police do nothing," he denounced on social networks.

The crime of Albano Cocchiarella

15 blocks from the place where Jesús Pavón was killed, this Sunday Albano Hernán Cocchiarella (39), a toll worker who was shot in the chest, was murdered, also to steal his motorcycle.

There were four people, divided into two motorcycles, who followed him for several blocks.

As he did not stop, they shot him and he died instantly.

They killed him in front of his girlfriend, who managed to escape.

The murderers are on the run.

Four days earlier, Mauro Prieto was shot in the back, seven blocks from the place where Albano was to be killed and ten from where Jesús was attacked.

The three events occurred around the Moreno cemetery.

Albano Cocchiarella was going to turn 40 on March 7.
