The movement hardens, wants to be renewable and unlimited.
Since Monday, the regional bus network Zou!, in the Alpes-Maritimes, has been severely disrupted by a strike by employees of Keolis, the company operating the lines.
The latter require a salary increase during annual negotiations with management.
In vain.
Almost no buses have been running since Monday.
This is still the case on Wednesday, with a network impacted up to 80%.
A picket is in place in front of the depot in Antibes and blocks vehicles, underlines the strikers on the dedicated Facebook page.
Lines 81, 82, 620, 630, 631, 636, 637, 650, 653, 655, 660 and 662 are affected.
Line 620 runs at a frequency of one bus every 90 minutes, as does line 653. School transport is also impacted: no service is provided for line 6650. Only the frequency of 6655 is scheduled as normal.
The situation is evolving, specifies the striking employees of Keolis, but the movement could last until the end of the week for lack of obtaining what they wish.
These disruptions impact many travelers heading from Nice to Cannes, Saint-Laurent-du-Var or Vence.
