A San Marino court has fined Italian professional cyclist Antonio Tiberi after he pleaded guilty to shooting a cat belonging to the small republic's tourism minister, Federico Pedini Amati, a court spokesperson confirmed to CNN.
Tiberi, an Italian living in San Marino, also risks losing his resident status after the conviction.
