According to tips and in-depth investigations, the New Territories South Regional Criminal Department raided a unit on Tai Wai Tsuen Nam Road yesterday (1st) morning and smashed a suspected weapons warehouse.
During the operation, officers arrested four local men, aged between 27 and 42, suspected of possessing offensive weapons, possessing prohibited weapons and importing strategic items without permission.
Officers seized two iron lotus flowers, three survival knives and three night vision devices in the unit.
Officers then found two switchblades, four sabers and a dagger at the residence of one of the arrested persons in Tuen Mun.
All those arrested have been released on bail pending further investigation and must report to the police in late April.
The case is still under investigation and further arrests cannot be ruled out.
