The five took the Palestinians to an isolated area in the trunk of a car, forced them to make telephone contact with their family members and inform them that they had been kidnapped, attacked them severely until they drew blood, while telling the victims that the attack came in light of their being Palestinians and as revenge for the kidnapping of the late Tiran .
After the attack, the defendants released the victims in a nearby area, who later required medical treatment.
The investigation also revealed that the suspects conspired ahead of time after viewing posts on social networks about the kidnapping of the Druze youth, equipped themselves with weapons, batons, knives, axes and face veils and looked for potential victims.
The arrest of the suspects was extended from time to time and today 03.02.2023, with the conclusion of the investigation, the Haifa district attorney's office filed indictments in the district court against those involved, for serious security offenses.
