Two fathers were sentenced on the evening of Wednesday March 1 by the Assize Court of Seine-Saint-Denis to twenty and eighteen years' imprisonment for having raped their respective daughters, filming their abuse and having offered them to their libertine contacts.
After a three-week closed trial and a twelve-hour deliberation, Nicolas D. and Sébastien B., 45 and 42, were found guilty of incestuous rape of a minor, corruption of a minor and recording and dissemination of child pornography.
For years, they discussed online the sexual abuse they subjected their daughters to.
One was a financial director in Seine-Saint-Denis, the other a practitioner of Chinese medicine in Vienne.
The prosecution had requested twenty years of imprisonment against Sébastien B. and Nicolas D., accompanied for the latter by a security period of two-thirds, the maximum sentence for this type of crime.
They were also sentenced to an eight-year socio-judicial follow-up.
The two girls, aged 13, testified
"It's amazing, what is excessive is insignificant
," reacted to AFP Me Philippe Sarda, counsel for Nicolas D., adding that his client was going to appeal his conviction.
The mother of one of the victims, who had joint custody with Nicolas D., said she was
"satisfied with the deliberation"

The two men, in pre-trial detention since 2019, received their sentence with composure.
Alongside them in the box, Charles P. was sentenced to sixteen years in prison.
Convicted of raping a minor, he had gone at least six times between 2017 and 2018 to Nicolas D.'s home to participate in his daughter's
"sex education"
, with a lot of sex toys and child pornography images. .
Now 13 years old, the daughter of Nicolas D. and that of Sébastien B. testified during the trial.
18 months in prison for non-disclosure
Maud A., the wife of Sébastien B., was found guilty of sexual assault on her minor daughter and corruption of a minor.
She appeared under judicial control but came out of the Assize Court escorted by the police to begin the sentence of eight years in prison pronounced by the court with a warrant of committal.
A resuscitator, who became a medical manager in the pharmaceutical industry, was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, three of which were suspended for sexual assault on a minor.
Two other women - mainly prosecuted for non-disclosure of sexual assault - were sentenced to eighteen months in prison.
The last defendant, aged 61, was acquitted.
During the trial, photos and videos of the pedophile acts were broadcast.
Exceptionally, five additional jurors - two more than the norm - had been drawn by lot, in particular because of the long duration of the trial.
For the girls, the ordeal ended in 2019, after the denunciation of a libertine site user, to whom Nicolas D. had offered sessions with his daughter.
Before him, at least a dozen men had received the same offer, without notifying the authorities.
