One of the defendants is a mother suspected of having "
sold
" her daughter to a septuagenarian who indulged in touching the child with the complacency of her parents.
The facts date back to February 19.
The employees of a cinema in the 12th arrondissement of Paris call the police.
One of their clients was seen kissing a little girl and touching her breast.
Dispatched to the scene, the police arrested him at the same time as a woman presenting herself as the mother of the little girl.
At the same time, the little girl and a man identified as her father fled.
Introduced as a "friend" of the family
Caught in the act, the septuagenarian recognized the touching without recognizing the sexual nature.
The mother of the family explained that this elderly man was a “
friend
”.
During her hearing, she admitted having received money from this man.
Investigators suspect the child's parents of having "
sold
" it to him.

, the Paris prosecutor's office confirmed the opening of a judicial investigation on February 22.
The two defendants were indicted for "
human trafficking committed against a minor
", and "
sexual assault on a fifteen-year-old minor
" for the septuagenarian.
They have been remanded in custody while the investigation continues.
