The District Court in Tel Aviv presided over by Judge Mordechai Levy convicted her of causing a person to leave his country to engage in prostitution, conspiracy to commit a crime, pimping, advertising prostitution services, bringing a person into prostitution, holding a place for prostitution, tax evasion and money laundering.

Attorney Shimshon Weiss, who represents Ganzdilov on behalf of the public defender, said: "These days we will study the verdict and prepare for the arguments for punishment, with the hope that the court will show empathy for someone who has been subjected to unbearably harsh detention for about three years, put an end to her suffering and take into account her situation and her rights in the past." .
