The Syrian diplomatic mission in Budapest continued to receive members of the Syrian community, Hungarian charitable and humanitarian institutions and organizations, who went to the mission's headquarters to offer condolences to the earthquake victims and to hand over various donations and in-kind assistance in preparation for sending them to Syria.
The mission headquarters was visited by a delegation from the Lebanese community headed by lawyer Abbas Khair El-Din, the representative of the Christian Cultural City of Solnok, Dr. Joseph Chervalvi, the representative of the Hungarian Art of Living Charitable Society, Beata Bognar Scheflich, and Timea Wojtyla, the director of the non-profit Charitable Foundation, where they all expressed their solidarity with the Syrian people. And the government in the face of the repercussions of this earthquake.
For his part, the head of the diplomatic mission, Ambassador Bashar Samara, expressed deep gratitude and thanks to the delegations and personalities who visited the embassy headquarters to offer condolences or to make donations, as a sincere gesture and evidence of human interdependence, which will have significant positive effects in alleviating the difficult conditions experienced by the afflicted in the areas affected by the earthquake. .
