For example, while the elderly woman was sleeping in her bed, on seven different occasions during the night, Zemolov ransacked the elderly woman's property and took valuable items from her, such as a television, furniture, radiators, kitchen utensils and appliances, crystals, a radio, a landline phone, books and photo albums, all of the complainant's clothes Including underwear and shoes, a wallet with cash and certificates, diapers and hygiene products.
stole the bag she was sleeping with from the old woman
Due to the elderly woman's sad condition, her neighbors, as well as her niece, purchased complementary products for her.
Her neighbors even wrote down their phone numbers on a note in the apartment so that the elderly woman could call them in times of need.
Also, the elderly woman's brother hired security services for her at night from 10:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
One night, after 3:30 a.m., during the elderly woman's sleep, and when the guard finished his duty, Zamolov took all the mentioned objects and disappeared the note with the telephone numbers of the elderly woman's neighbors so that she could not help them.
Another night, due to the theft of the things from her apartment, the elderly woman lay down to sleep in her bed while holding a bag with her personal belongings close to her body.
Soon after she fell asleep, Zemolov entered her room and took her bag, the watch she was wearing on her wrist, and also unplugged a radiator that was used by the elderly woman and took it, as well as a pillow that was under her feet, and a blanket that was covered with it.
"She abused her soul out of a desire to be cruel"
At the end of the day, after Zemolov's actions, the elderly woman's apartment was left completely empty and she was left without any object or clothing, except clothes for her body, and without any basic and essential equipment for managing life.
Against this background, the elderly woman was admitted to the hospital suffering from shortness of breath and weakness, and is still hospitalized today.
In the arrest request, Attorney Ariel Gatneau stated that, "The respondent acted cruelly with the aim of mentally abusing an elderly woman born in 1929, by taking from her the most basic things, including her eyeglasses, photos of her family, her underwear, her diapers, her blood pressure monitor, every sanitary product Basic, and practically every object that was in the elderly woman's apartment.
All this for the sake of harming the elderly's mental infrastructure and out of a desire to be cruel to her.
In view of all that has been said, it cannot be disputed that the respondent could have caused the death of the elderly woman."
