Bob Dylan poses for Celine

We hadn't seen any portraits of him since 2012 and the cover of

.

And yet Hedi Slimane, the artistic director of the Celine brand, also renowned for his photos of the music scene, convinced Bob Dylan to pose with his guitar for his advertising campaign.

Photographed in his hometown of Malibu last December, Dylan, 81, is evidently wearing a Celine outfit in two images that are currently being displayed on the streets of Paris and on the brand's Instagram account.

The return of Mr. Tabourine Man

For a long time, the musician and the designer wanted to work together.

What would have happened before Christmas when Hedi Slimane was in Miami to film the spring 2023 men's collection. This meeting at the top takes place within the framework of the series "Portrait Of a Musician" signed by Slimane, the photographer, and which recently staged Julian Casablancas of the Strokes or Paul Banks of Interpol.
