Leipzig – There is now sad certainty about the whereabouts of Yolanda K. from Leipzig, who has been missing since 2019: The student is dead could be assigned to the young woman, as the public prosecutor's office in Leipzig announced on Thursday, March 2nd.
There are currently no indications of third-party negligence, and the finding situation does not suggest this, prosecutor Andreas Ricken explained to the

Since the cause of death has not yet been clarified, it is still not certain whether the student died of natural causes.
According to Ricken, it is still being determined how the bones got into the forest area and how long they had been there.
According to the Naumburger Tageblatt,
the discovery site is
near Freyburg an der Unstrut, more than 60 kilometers from Leipzig.

The student from Leipzig disappeared in 2019 - connection with Scientology not excluded
The student, who was 23 when she disappeared, was last seen on September 25, 2019.
According to this, she left her shared apartment on Körnerstrasse in Leipzig at around 2:15 p.m. to drive to a furniture store outside of Leipzig.
According to the police, she was last seen by a bus driver on her way there.
Her disappearance had triggered a large-scale search in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.
There was also evidence of a connection with the controversial organization Scientology, since parents and siblings of the dead are said to have been close to the sect.
