Discovering the culinary world led him to join forces with Bistrots Pas Parisiens for the opening of several establishments: Top Chef Le Bistrot, in Suresnes, and more recently Papa Pool, in Clamart*.

Customers find it there on Sunday lunchtimes, indoors.

“In the kitchen, I bring nothing, on the other hand, in the dining room I like to go, in the middle of the service, to discuss, to see if all is well.

The social bond that a restaurant creates is fabulous especially during this lunch so different from the week.

People have more time, the grandparents, the children are there… There is a more good-natured atmosphere that lasts until 4 p.m.

We are more pleased with a stuffed cabbage than a Caesar salad.
