The show for the benefit of the Restos du Coeur is back this Friday evening on TF1. An edition rich in twists and turns.

The Last Day of Disco

.

It is on the tube of Juliette Armanet that the Enfoirés will open the ball of their new concert broadcast this evening on TF1 and recorded in mid-January in Lyon, at the Tony-Garnier hall.

A chic and lively tune to celebrate the return of the public who attends the show, the profits of which are intended for the Restos du Coeur.

Covid-19 obliges, for two years, the artists have been performing behind closed doors.

“

It would have been hard to do three years in a row without an audience

,” says Patrick Bruel, historic member of the troupe, behind the scenes.

Nearly fifty artists on stage this time, a record.

This edition also marks the return of Mimie Mathy, absent last year for health reasons.

His comrades have reserved a surprise for him on a song by Francis Cabrel.

The star of

Joséphine, guardian angel

will be moved to tears.

"

Everyone cried

 ," recalls Nolwenn Leroy.

Five new recruits

Among the other sequences not to be missed, a tribute to Michel Berger, the performance of Jane Birkin, rare on television and long applauded, or the surprise kiss between Lorie and Sofia Essaïdi.

One of the sketches, which are all signed by the authors of Nicolas Canteloup, causes a long giggle on stage between Élodie Fontan and her companion, Philippe Lacheau.

Five new recruits are joining the band this year: singer Mentissa, Vianney's protege in "The Voice", actress Sofia Essaïdi, star dancer Germain Louvet, captain of the French rugby team Antoine Dupont and Formula driver 1 Esteban Ocon.

Thomas Pesquet, one of the favorite personalities of the French, is also in the game.

A festive weekend for TF1, which, by broadcasting the event for twenty years, achieved its best audience performance of the year, excluding sports competition.

About 10 million viewers are behind their post, united for a good cause.

What about Pierre Palmade?

Yet accustomed to this concert, the comedian did not participate in this 2023 edition, which saved TF1 from finding itself embarrassed by his presence after the terrible road accident he caused on February 10.

And painstaking editing to erase it from the image.
