The make-up artist still has to wait for her prize money.

Berlin – Djamila Rowe's (55) jungle camp victory is like a fairy tale.

After Martin Semmelrogge (67) was unable to travel to Australia, the former model jumped in as a substitute candidate – and quickly became a crowd favorite thanks to her honest and open nature.

In the end, Djamila was able to prevail against Gigi Birofio (23) in the final and climbed the jungle throne as the successor to Filip Pavlović (28) - but there is still no trace of her royal prize money of 100,000 euros.

"I haven't received anything yet": Djamila Rowe is waiting for prize money after winning the jungle camp

Although Djamila Rowe was by no means unknown even before her reality triumph, she moved into the jungle set on Australia's Gold Coast on January 13 as a total underdog.

After all, her comrades-in-arms had been preparing for the jungle camp for weeks and had been able to advertise themselves a lot with headlines.

In the end, however, that was perhaps exactly Djamila's advantage - without much furore she joined Claudia Effenberg (57), Lucas Cordalis (55) and Co. and left them all in the fast lane day after day.

With her coronation as jungle queen, Djamila Rowe is entitled to prize money of 100,000 euros – but she cannot yet call her own TV wealth.

"I don't have my bonus yet.

I have to write an invoice first," reveals the make-up artist in an interview with

and explains that the whole thing is not regulated by RTL, but by the management: "But I haven't received anything yet."

The same applies to the big reality shows So: Nobody is spared from the bureaucracy.

"I'm very modest": Jungle camp winner Djamila Rowe still shops at Lidl

It's no wonder that Djamila Rowe hasn't found the time to calculate her prize money yet - after all, the life of the mother of two is pretty wild at the moment.

"I never go through a day when strangers don't come up to me and congratulate me.

People wave at me on the street from cars and honk," she reports to

web.de

, but also emphasizes: "I'm very modest, I continue to go to my favorite Lidl." A commendable attitude - when the big money finally comes up has arrived in her account, Djamila can then treat herself to a few nice things with a clear conscience.

It's a lot of money that the winners of the jungle camp are suddenly showered with - but 100,000 euros can also disappear just as quickly into thin air.

That's why Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz fears that Djamila Rowe could quickly squander her jungle camp profit again.
