Vandalism in Safed:
38 vehicles were damaged during the night (between Friday and Saturday) in three different locations in the Old City.
The windshields of the vehicles were smashed and broken.
After collecting the findings, the police arrested a suspect in the act, a local resident in his 50s.
Tomorrow the police are expected to request the extension of his detention at the Kiryat Shmona Magistrate's Court.
At this point, the background to the incident is not yet known.
