The advertising strategy used by the president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, seeks not only to generate a favorable opinion in the international community, but also to keep the population with a cloudy mind, says Eduardo Escobar, executive director of Acción Ciudadana.
He adds that the main strength of the Bukele government "is not politics, it is not public management (...) it is communicational."
