Ten "Team Amnon" fighters who fought in the Entebbe operation under Yoni Netanyahu wrote a letter addressed to his brother, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in which they said that he "consciously and with open eyes sacrifices the State of Israel and the Israeli people for his interests".
In the letter, published for the first time by Or Heller in News 13, the fighters, participating in the protests against the legal revolution, wrote to Netanyahu: "For years you have been practicing 'divide and rule', dividing and pitting us Israelis against each other."
The fighters wrote to the Prime Minister: "You compared us to the perpetrators of the pogrom in Hawara. Your son, who never held a rifle in his hand in his life, calls us 'terrorists'."
To his brother, Ado Netanyahu, they wrote, "You called us 'probationary Zionists', 'those whose minds have been confused' and those who will leave the country at the first opportunity. In addition, you claimed that we are creating an anarchy of fear and our goal is to create panic."
They warned that "these days Israel is in danger, this time the enemy is from home".
