In an interview on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert", the director of the

declared: "I think the secrecy that surrounds all these sightings and the lack of transparency until the Freedom of Information Act requires that certain materials are released publicly, I think there is something going on that just needs extraordinary due diligence.
