Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, confirmed that the Kiev regime is not ready to establish a safe zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant to remove the danger of the plant being attacked.
Ulyanov said on his Telegram channel: “Last September, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency put forward an initiative to establish a safe zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
The Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, located on the left bank of the Dnieper River near the town of Energodar, is the largest nuclear power plant in Europe in terms of the number of units and production capacity.
