The Reform Party (center-right) of Prime Minister Kaja Kallas easily won Sunday's legislative elections in Estonia with 31.6% of the vote, ahead of the far-right EKRE party (16%), after the count of 402 of the 405 constituency offices.
To govern, the Reform party will have to create, just as during the mandate which is ending, a coalition with one or more parties sitting in Parliament, which has 101 seats.
