Liverpool passed over its biggest rival, Manchester United, in the England classic played this Sunday in the country's Premier League.
The score ended 7-0 in favor of the Reds, in a win that had never been seen before in the history of the rivalry between these two teams.
It is also the heaviest defeat for Manchester United since December 26, 1931.
Liverpool's biggest score against United had been almost 128 years ago.
On October 12, 1895, the Reds scored seven goals against Manchester United in what was the first historic meeting between the two clubs (when United was called Newton Heath).
Back then, the score was 7-1, according to Bleacher Report.

Liverpool showed superiority from start to finish against their staunch rival, something that surprised many due to the contrasting present that the teams experience.
United were coming off an 11-game unbeaten run, which included a win to win the Carabao Cup title and a tie against FC Barcelona in the Europa League.

Meanwhile, Liverpool has had a regular season, very different from previous years.
He is out of Champions League places in the Premier League right now.
And precisely in the Champions League, they were recently defeated 5-2 at Anfield by Real Madrid in the first leg of the round of 16.
