The 28-year-old male driver surnamed Cheng was arrested on suspicion of "driving an unlicensed vehicle" and "driving without third-party insurance".

After the incident, the police also immediately summoned the registered car owner for investigation, and arrested the 30-year-old male car owner surnamed Wu for "allowing others to drive an unlicensed vehicle" and "allowing others to drive an unlicensed vehicle".
