Another trend that can be pointed out this year is the increase in the prices of manna ears, which went up to NIS 180 per kg. According to a test we conducted, this is an increase of about 20% in prices compared to last year. Food chains also have an increase in the prices of manna ears, which are a tradition during the holiday of Purim.
