From the launch of its platform, senior candidates flocked.
But on the business side, the reception ranges from skepticism to outright incomprehension.

At the beginning, some employers were ironic: 'candidates, if you want them, we'll give you some,'"
he explains, recalling certain structures that wanted to get rid of their seniors rather than hire them... sectors really under pressure such as construction or catering are daring to take the plunge.
A time put on hold during the confinements, the start-up starts again on the hats of wheels once the crisis is over.

All the companies had frozen their recruitment for a year and a half.
