The Free Migration Project explained on its campaign website that on Monday, February 28, the hospital informed the family of the woman, a

that she would be transported to the Dominican Republic on a private plane on Thursday, March 2.
After a protest last Wednesday, the hospital gave seven more days for the family to find a care center in the US where they can be treated.
"The hospital-imposed deadline is fast approaching and the hospital administration must commit to stopping the deportation and working with the family and advocates to save SC's life," the organization said on the campaign website, where it has asked community support.

“If they put her on a plane, my wife is going to die.
