The adoption of European standardization is essentially the cancellation of the unique requirements for Israeli regulation and reliance on foreign regulation for the purpose of approving products that now have to pass the approvals of the Israeli Standards Institute, which prevents the entry of many products, hinders products that are sold in supermarkets in Europe, but here in Israel they are stuck for months in the seaports, and this significantly increases the cost of product prices.

The logic behind the adoption of the European standard means that if a certain product has been approved for use by the Europeans, there is no reason for Israel not to accept the tests passed there.
In other words, anything that has approval of the European standard can be brought into Israel and it will not require double certification here either, unless there is an exceptional case.
