Basraglik delayed the documents and all the appeals of the victim of the crime did not help. She appealed to the Ethics Committee in the Tel Aviv District of the Bar Association. After that, Attorney Besarglik sued the victim for NIS 200,000 in compensation, including NIS 60,000 due to mental anguish and the loss of his time for filing a complaint with the Ethics Committee, while the disciplinary process is being clarified.

Following this lawsuit, the victim of the offense was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and experienced a mental breakdown.

Finally, the lawyer was convicted according to his confession of the crime of breach of fiduciary duty and surrender to the client and the crime of withholding documents.

He returned the material to the complainant and repeated it in the statement of claim he filed against the complainant.

Attorney Eyal Basraglik stated that "all of the complainant's claims were further rejected by the ethics committee except for the fact that no claim was filed for the fees she owes within three months, and it was also determined that this was only a technical delay of documents.

On the sidelines, I will note that the court did not accept the plaintiffs' request for suspension and ended the hearing with a reprimand and a nominal fine.

I will study the sentence and if I find it right, I will also appeal it."
