Xiao Qianwen, director general of the Industrial Casualties Rights Association, said that it is difficult to judge the deterrent effect from the number of prosecutions. Family members are generally waiting for the results of prosecutions and investigations, including the widow Mrs. Xu, who suffers from terminal breast cancer and is currently in a stable condition. The association hopes that the court will severely punish violators. Put forward a number of suggestions, including urging the government to increase the occupational safety score in the bidding process. She suggested that the government should require any company to list the third judgment, the fourth judgment and other opportunities when bidding. The companies that cooperate with have increased their occupational safety scores. If some companies have criminal records, their scores will be lowered, and the chances of winning the bid will naturally be greatly reduced.
