Carlos Stornelli will not attend the summons to testify before the Political Trial Commission
of the Chamber of Deputies that, only with the impulse of the ruling party, he is trying to promote an accusation against all the members of the Supreme Court of Justice.

, Stornelli communicated to the Attorney General of the Nation his offer to declare in writing before the Commission that despite not being its owners, deputies Leopoldo Moreau and Rodolfo Tailhade strategically direct.
From the office commanded by interim attorney Eduardo Casal, they transmitted the prosecutor's offer to the corresponding authorities of Deputies.
